Celý tento hudobný obrad prepukne v priestoroch Cvernovky, aby sa následne presunul na viac než dôstojnú viac-ako-afterparty do novej Fugy, ktorá svoju agendu začala šíriť v centre mesta, vedľa domu cudnosti na Námestí SNP.
Druhý neodškriepiteľný fakt je rozhodne hudobný program, ktorý prinesie pestrú kombináciu lokálnej scény so zahraničnými menami. Výrazný podiel na peknom prežití sviatku práce bude mať určite label PROTO SITES, ktorý zo svojej ponuky dotiahne čoraz známejšieho a populárnejšieho maďarského producenta špinavých house grooves, IMREHO KISSA, príjemne ambientné plochy od košického rodáka CASI CADA MINUTO, alebo komplexné drony projektu FOUNDLING, ktorého rodisko by ste museli hľadať až na Britských ostrovoch. Psychedelická potemnelosť s letmým náznakom techna projektu AMEN TMA sa tu predstaví v Live prevedení a svojou prítomnosťou a hudobným vyjadrením budú hájiť záujmy experimentálneho labelu LOM. Toto všetko sa odohrá v neošuchaných priestoroch Ateliéru Duše v Cvernovke, ktorý sa ojedinele premení na koncertnú sálu, so všetkým potrebným pre Váš plezír.

Náš hosť z New Yorku, známy pod svojim pseudonymom PATRICIA a jeho zasnené house-techno hybridy s patričnou dávkou zvukovej špiny (alebo ako by povedal Paľo Habera, smradu) už boli hudobným nadšencom podané napríklad skrz jeho vynikajúci debut album BODY ISSUES, ktorý vyšiel na dnes už kultovom britskom labeli OPAL TAPES. O dovŕšenie tejto križovatky sa postarajú DJ crews Counterpoint a Covert Interests — dve dvojice, Kabal & Achab a Bigfish & BBK zabezpečia plynulý prechod bez hocijakej zápchy až do svitania.
Je to teda jasné. Príď zažiť poriadny hudobný sviatok.

Proto Sites, Night Shift and Counterpoint collectives would like to introduce Junction.
This spectacular event hosts the finest selection of local electronic and experimental acts joined with by our favourite musical heroes from international circles. Situated in a unique venue of the Cvernovka’s studios, the first part of evening will bring you a showcase of the rising label Proto Sites. FOUNDLINGS and his beautifully constructed drones are the work of Jonathan Fox, the former British expat, still happy to be around the Bratislava scene. CASI CADA MINUTO is has been around for a while and will support the atmosphere of the evening with his trademark ambient sets. His latest split release with IMRE KISS put him on the map beyond the local scope and Imre will also be present this evening. His dirty house for daydreamers of this planet are getting wider recognition and missing his live show in the cosy environment of Cvernovka might be considered as one of those mistakes that you may regret for the rest of your life. The Proto Sites crew will also be joined by LOM label’s hot property also known as AMEN TMA. Their dark, psychedelic compositions have that right amount of traces of techno. Their track was also included in one of the Below The Radar compilations of The Wire magazine.
The second part of the Junction will move to FUGA, a venue with cult status now, renowned for supporting local underground music acts. The night will start to tremble when PATRICIA, that guy from Opal Tapes, will help us to create a unique clubbing experience. Arriving straight from New York, his hazy take on techno and smart soundbending may ring bells with every lover of sophisticated and more daring side of dancefloor. Patricia’s live set will be joined by notorious back to back sets courtesy of the masterminds of the local techno underground scene. BBK & BIGFISH from Covert Ineterests have a longstanding history and background of dropping the finest house/techno tunes. KABAl & ACHAB, a relatively fresh addition to the sound of modern Bratislava, will drop a diverse selection of anything from Detroit to Birmingham, staying faithful to the concept of the dancefloor freedom with a focus on dope grooves and tracks. There is no reason to hesitate, Junction is a must in the city that has awoken from its sleep.
